Peacify1. Agreement and operator
By using Peacify, you agree to these Terms. Peacify is operated by İlker Özgedik, a sole proprietorship based in Turkey.
2. Adult eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Peacify. You confirm adult eligibility before using reflection features.
3. Public Beta
Peacify is currently offered as a Public Beta. Features may change, contain errors, be unavailable or be discontinued. Paid checkout is disabled during this Public Beta and no paid Peacify subscription is currently offered through the web application.
Future paid plans
If paid web subscriptions are enabled under the current planned billing model, Polar Software, Inc. will act as merchant of record and authorized reseller for the transaction. The buyer will purchase the subscription from Polar under Polar's buyer terms, while Peacify remains the supplier/licensor and service operator under these Terms. Checkout will state the price, billing interval, whether the subscription automatically renews, renewal frequency, recurring-charge and cancellation terms before purchase. Web subscribers will manage cancellation from Peacify Settings → Billing → Manage, which opens the Polar Customer Portal. Canceling at period end stops future renewals while access remains active through the current billing period. Polar will handle transaction payment, applicable sales-tax collection and the buyer invoice as merchant of record. Refunds and mandatory consumer rights will follow the then-current Refund & Cancellation Policy and the terms presented at checkout.
4. AI personal-development service
Peacify provides AI-generated personal-development roadmaps, daily actions, weekly plan adaptations, progress summaries, conversation, learning content, practices, supporting goals, a decision journal, reflection tools and optional personal memory. AI responses can be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for your situation. You remain responsible for decisions and actions you take based on the service.
5. Scope and safety limits
Peacify is general Personal Development software. Lifestyle practices are general low-risk activities, not diagnosis or treatment. Peacify does not provide regulated professional advice, personalized investment recommendations or emergency intervention. If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services and a trusted person who can help in the real world.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Peacify the limited permission necessary to host, process and transmit that content solely to operate, secure and improve the requested service functionality. Personal reflection-content processing is subject to the consent controls described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Peacify unlawfully; interfere with security or availability; attempt unauthorized access; submit content you have no right to provide; use automated means to abuse limits; or use the service to facilitate harm to another person.
8. Accounts and termination
Keep your account secure. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or material misuse. You may delete your account from Settings.
9. Intellectual property
Peacify software, branding, design and service materials are owned by the operator or applicable licensors. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peacify is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or any particular result. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms when the product, law or business model changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice or renewed acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without limiting mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under the law of your place of residence.
