Terms of Service

1. Agreement and operator
By using Peacify, you agree to these Terms. Peacify is operated by İlker Özgedik, a sole proprietorship based in Turkey.
2. Adult eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Peacify. You confirm adult eligibility before using wellness features.
3. Public Beta
Peacify is currently offered as a Public Beta. Features may change, contain errors, be unavailable or be discontinued. Paid checkout is disabled during this Public Beta and no paid Peacify subscription is currently offered through the web application.
Future paid plans
If paid subscriptions are enabled later, checkout will state the price, billing interval and whether the subscription will automatically renew. You will be told how to cancel; where a recurring plan provides access through the current billing period after cancellation, that will be disclosed before purchase. Refunds and mandatory consumer rights will follow the then-current Refund Policy and checkout terms.
4. AI wellness service
Peacify provides AI-generated supportive conversation, self-reflection tools, daily check-ins and optional personal memory. AI responses can be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for your situation. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on the service.
5. Health and safety limits
Peacify is not a therapist, psychologist, doctor, medical provider, crisis service or substitute for professional care. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, prescribe medication or advise medication changes. For immediate danger, possible harm to yourself or another person, or an urgent medical issue, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Peacify the limited permission necessary to host, process and transmit that content solely to operate, secure and improve the requested service functionality. Sensitive-wellness processing is subject to the consent controls described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Peacify unlawfully; interfere with security or availability; attempt unauthorized access; submit content you have no right to provide; use automated means to abuse limits; or use the service to facilitate harm to another person.
8. Accounts and termination
Keep your account secure. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or material misuse. You may delete your account from Settings.
9. Intellectual property
Peacify software, branding, design and service materials are owned by the operator or applicable licensors. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peacify is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or any particular wellness outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms when the product, law or business model changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice or renewed acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without limiting mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under the law of your place of residence.
