Refund & Cancellation Policy

Peacify is operated by İlker Özgedik, a sole proprietorship based in Turkey.

Public Beta

Paid purchases are not currently available through the Peacify web application during Public Beta. The Plus purchase action is disabled, so Peacify should not create a new paid web subscription or recurring Peacify charge at this stage.

Unexpected charges

If you believe you were charged unexpectedly through an earlier or external payment flow, contact [email protected] with the account email and provider receipt or order identifier. We will investigate the applicable provider record.

Paid web subscriptions

When paid web purchasing is enabled, Polar Software, Inc. will sell the subscription as merchant of record and authorized reseller. You can cancel a Polar subscription from Peacify Settings → Billing → Manage, which opens the Polar Customer Portal. Cancellation at period end stops future renewals while access continues through the current paid period. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for that period.

Refund eligibility depends on the terms presented at checkout, Polar's Buyer Terms, and any mandatory rights under applicable law. Refund requests may be sent to [email protected]; any approved refund for a Polar transaction is processed through Polar rather than paid directly by Peacify.
