Peacify

1. Scope and controller

This Privacy Policy explains how Peacify handles personal data. It includes the information required for users in Türkiye under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and additional GDPR information where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies.

2. Data we process

Account and authentication data such as name, email, session and sign-in information.
Content you choose to provide, including conversations, decisions, daily reflections, selected topics, tool activity and optional personal memory.
Personal-development preferences and activity such as your Future Self description, 90-day outcome, roadmap phases, daily actions, completion or skip status, weekly reviews, growth interests, daily time preference, completed practices, supporting goals, challenge progress and enabled routines.
Security and technical data such as IP address, user agent, rate-limit records and anti-abuse signals.
Content-free product events, subscription status and support communications.

Free-form reflection content may reveal sensitive or special-category personal data. You do not need to provide special-category data to use Peacify. Optional long-term memory is disabled by default and is designed to retain only ordinary, non-sensitive facts that pass our memory privacy rules.

3. How and why we collect data

We collect data electronically when you create or use an account, submit content, use Peacify tools, contact support, or interact with authentication and security systems. We also receive limited technical and transaction metadata from service providers when needed to operate the service.

We use this data to provide requested features, generate AI responses, maintain user-requested history, secure accounts, prevent abuse, provide support, meet legal obligations and operate content-free product analytics. We ask for explicit consent before processing personal reflection content under the current consent-based product flow.

4. AI and service providers

Peacify sends the content needed to generate AI responses through Vercel AI Gateway to the selected model provider. Peacify itself does not use private conversations or reflections to train a Peacify model. Vercel AI Gateway and the selected model provider process prompts and responses under their applicable service terms and privacy notices.

Other providers include Cloudflare for delivery, security and Turnstile; Contabo for application and database hosting; Resend for transactional email; and Sentry for redacted production error monitoring on the web and server. Polar is integrated for the intended future web billing model as merchant of record and authorized reseller, while RevenueCat is integrated for future mobile entitlements. Paid purchasing remains disabled during the current Public Beta.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country. Transfer rules depend on the law that applies to the particular processing. For Türkiye, the KVKK section below describes the Article 9 framework. For processing subject to GDPR, applicable Chapter V transfer safeguards are required where data is transferred outside the EEA without an adequacy decision. Provider and account-level transfer arrangements are reviewed as the service changes.

6. Retention and security

Account, personal-development activity and reflection content are generally retained while your account remains active or until you delete the relevant data or your account. Settings also provide a separate control for deleting growth-profile and growth-activity data. Security records, sessions, provider logs and backups may follow shorter operational periods or provider-managed schedules. Peacify uses encrypted transport, access controls, tenant isolation, rate limits and production log redaction. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your controls

Settings lets you delete conversations, decisions, reflections and memories, download a machine-readable copy of your Peacify data, withdraw reflection-content consent, or permanently delete your account. Withdrawing reflection consent deletes saved conversations, decisions, reflections and memories under the current product flow and disables reflection features until you consent again.

8. Türkiye — KVKK Aydınlatma Metni

Bu bölüm, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanununun 10 uncu maddesi kapsamında Türkiye'deki ilgili kişilere yönelik aydınlatma metnidir. Veri sorumlusu İlker Özgedik'tir; kimlik ve iletişim bilgileri bu politikanın 1. bölümünde yer almaktadır. Aydınlatma ile açık rıza ayrı işlemlerdir; bu metni okumanız bir açık rıza beyanı değildir.

İşleme amaçları ve hukuki sebepler

Hesap oluşturma, kimlik doğrulama ve talep edilen hizmetin sunulması için gerekli olağan kişisel veriler, uygulanabildiği ölçüde Kanunun 5 inci maddesindeki sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan ilgili olma şartına dayanılarak işlenir.
Güvenlik, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi ve sınırlı içeriksiz ürün analitiği için gerekli teknik veriler, temel hak ve özgürlüklere zarar vermemek kaydıyla Kanunun 5 inci maddesindeki meşru menfaat şartına dayanılarak işlenebilir.
Hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi için gerekli veriler, Kanunun 5 inci maddesindeki hukuki yükümlülük şartına dayanılarak işlenebilir.
Peacify'a isteğinizle verdiğiniz kişisel reflection içeriği, mevcut ürün akışında açık rızanıza dayanılarak işlenir. İçerik özel nitelikli kişisel veri içeriyorsa Kanunun 6 ncı maddesindeki uygulanabilir işleme şartları ve gerekli ek tedbirler gözetilir.

Aktarımlar

Verileriniz, belirtilen amaçlarla sınırlı olarak AI işleme için Vercel AI Gateway üzerinden seçilen model sağlayıcısına, ağ teslimi ve güvenlik için Cloudflare'e, barındırma için Contabo'ya ve işlem e-postaları için Resend'e aktarılabilir. Sentry, web ve sunucudaki üretim hata izleme için redakte edilmiş operasyonel telemetri işleyebilir. Ücretli web satışı etkinleştirilirse Polar ilgili ödeme/abonelik metadatasını işler. Yurt dışına aktarım süreçlerinde Kanunun 9 uncu maddesi ve ilgili ikincil mevzuat kapsamında uygulanabilir aktarım mekanizması kullanılır.

Kanunun 11 inci maddesindeki haklarınız

Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme; işlenmişse bilgi talep etme; işleme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme; aktarılan üçüncü kişileri bilme; eksik veya yanlış verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme; şartları varsa silme veya yok etme talep etme; düzeltme veya silme işlemlerinin aktarılan üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme; münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz sonucunun aleyhinize çıkmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.

Veri sorumlusuna başvuru

KVKK kapsamındaki taleplerinizi yazılı olarak kayıtlı adresimize; güvenli elektronik imza, mobil imza veya KEP ile; ya da Peacify'a daha önce bildirdiğiniz ve sistemimizde kayıtlı e-posta adresinizi kullanarak [email protected] adresine iletebilirsiniz. KEP adresimiz: [email protected]. Güncel iletişim bilgilerimiz ayrıca Contact sayfasında yayımlanır. Başvurular talebin niteliğine göre mümkün olan en kısa sürede ve en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.

9. EEA — GDPR information

This section applies only where the GDPR applies to Peacify's processing. It does not by itself mean that Peacify intentionally targets every EEA market.

Legal bases

Under GDPR Article 6, Peacify may rely on performance of a contract for account and requested service operations; consent for the current reflection-content flow; legitimate interests for proportionate security, abuse prevention and content-free service analytics; and compliance with legal obligations where applicable. If reflection content includes special-category data and consent is the applicable basis, Peacify relies on explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a).

Required and optional data

Account and authentication data is necessary to create and maintain an account and use authenticated features. Reflection content is optional; if you do not provide it, Peacify cannot process that content or generate the related reflection response. Peacify does not use solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Your GDPR rights

Where applicable, GDPR Articles 15–22 provide rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and protections relating to certain solely automated decisions. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal and may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. GDPR requests are generally answered within one month, subject to lawful extensions and identity verification where necessary.

EEA representation

Peacify is operated from Türkiye. If Peacify intentionally targets an EEA market in circumstances where GDPR Article 27 requires an EU representative, the representative's details will be published here before that targeted launch.

10. Children

Peacify is for adults aged 18 and older. It is not intended for or directed to children.
