1. Who we are

Peacify is operated by İlker Özgedik, a sole proprietorship based in Turkey. Peacify is an AI-powered emotional wellness and self-reflection service for adults. Questions about privacy can be sent to [email protected].

2. Information we process

• Account data such as name, email, authentication and session information.
• Conversations, daily check-ins, emotions, reflections, selected tools and optional personal memory.
• Security data such as IP address, user agent, rate-limit records and anti-abuse signals.
• Content-free product events, subscription status and support communications.

Conversations and check-ins may reveal mental or physical health information and are treated as sensitive wellness data. Optional long-term memory starts disabled and excludes clinical diagnoses, medication, crisis disclosures and other categories blocked by our memory safety rules.

3. Why we process data and legal bases

We process ordinary account and service data as necessary to provide Peacify, secure accounts, prevent abuse, maintain requested history and respond to support. Where applicable law treats wellness information as a special or sensitive category, we rely on your explicit consent to process the sensitive wellness information you choose to provide. We may also process limited data to comply with law or protect the security and integrity of the service.

4. AI processing

Peacify sends the content needed to generate AI responses to Google Gemini. Peacify itself does not use private conversations or check-ins to train a Peacify model. Google processes prompts and responses under the applicable Gemini API service tier and terms. We do not make a broader claim about a provider's use of content beyond the terms that apply to the production account.

5. Service providers and international transfers

Peacify uses service providers that may process data outside your country, including Google for AI processing, Cloudflare for delivery and security, Resend for transactional email, and Sentry when error monitoring is enabled. Polar and RevenueCat are integrated for future paid functionality but paid purchasing is disabled during the current Public Beta. Transfers are subject to applicable transfer safeguards and provider contracts. Our current provider and transfer inventory is reviewed as the service changes.

6. Retention and security

Account and wellness content is generally retained while your account remains active or until you delete it. Security records, sessions, provider logs and backups may follow shorter operational retention periods or provider-managed schedules. We use encrypted transport, access controls, database tenant isolation, rate limits and production log redaction. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Settings lets you delete conversations, check-ins and memories, download a machine-readable copy of your Peacify data, withdraw sensitive-wellness consent, or permanently delete your account. Withdrawing wellness consent deletes saved conversations, check-ins and memories and disables wellness features until you consent again. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict, object, port or erase personal data and to complain to a data-protection authority.

8. Children

Peacify is for adults aged 18 and older. It is not intended for or directed to children.
