Delete your Peacify account

Delete from Peacify

1. Sign in to your Peacify account.
2. Open Settings.
3. Find Delete account.
4. Choose Permanently delete account and confirm.

If your session is no longer fresh, Peacify may ask you to sign in again before deletion for security.

Google Play subscriptions

If you have an active Google Play subscription, cancel it in Google Play first and wait until the paid period expires. Peacify cannot delete an account while an active store subscription still controls access.

What deletion removes

Account deletion removes your Peacify account and application data, including conversations, decisions, reflections, optional personal memory, check-ins, and related product activity associated with your account.

Payment providers may retain transaction records required by law. Peacify may also retain only records that must be kept to meet legal, tax, security, or dispute obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Cannot access your account?

Email us from the address associated with your Peacify account. We will verify the request before acting on it.
