Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective: August 28, 2026
This notice is intended to provide disclosures under applicable consumer-health privacy laws, including Washington's My Health My Data Act where it applies.
Consumer health data we collect
When you choose to use Peacify wellness features, we may collect information that identifies or can be linked to your past, present or future mental or physical health status, including conversation content, mood, emotions, check-ins, reflections, needs, goals and small next steps.
Sources
We collect this information directly from you when you type, select or save it in Peacify. We may also derive limited context or summaries from the content you provide in order to return the requested AI response or maintain conversation continuity.
Purposes
We collect and use consumer health data only to provide the wellness features you request, maintain requested history, operate optional memory when you enable it, protect the service and respond to your privacy requests. Sensitive-wellness processing requires your consent.
Who may receive it
- Google, for Gemini AI processing needed to generate requested responses.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that store or transmit Peacify data.
- Cloudflare, for network delivery, bot protection and security processing associated with requests to Peacify.
We do not sell consumer health data. We do not intentionally provide consumer health data to advertising networks or data brokers.
Your rights and consent
You can access a machine-readable export from Settings, delete conversations, check-ins and memories, or withdraw wellness consent. Withdrawing consent deletes saved conversations, check-ins and memories and disables wellness features until you consent again. You may also request access, deletion or other rights available under applicable consumer-health law by emailing [email protected].
